By using the Service, you grant AdvanceIQ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display Your Content as necessary to deliver the Service to you and your intended recipients. You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to all content you submit through the Service.
Certain aspects of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fees. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If repeated attempts fail, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Subscription changes (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations) take effect at the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice prior to the next billing date.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and AdvanceIQ agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
