What counts as a recipient contact?
A recipient is anyone you deliver a brief to — each unique email address counts. Recipients can receive unlimited briefs without additional charge.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're credited for the remainder of your current billing period.
